At H. E. Services, we are continuing to invest in the future of plant hire, with a major order of SANY machinery worth over £1 million. Among the latest additions are a significant number of electric SANY STH625E telehandlers.
The investment reflects our continued confidence in SANY machinery and our commitment to providing customers with modern equipment that meets the changing requirements of the construction industry.
Alongside the new telehandlers, the wider order includes electric excavators such as the 1.9-tonne SANY SY19E mini digger and 4.5-tonne SY35E midi digger. This gives customers more choice when looking for equipment with reduced emissions and noise levels.
Introducing the SANY STH625E Electric Telehandler
The SANY STH625E is a six-metre electric telehandler offering reliable lifting performance. Its compact dimensions make it ideal for construction sites with limited space. Furthermore, the machine suits indoor environments and built-up areas.
The STH625E can lift loads of up to 2,500kg to a maximum height of six metres. It measures 1,850mm in width, while its cab stands just 1,920mm tall. These compact dimensions help operators access more restricted working environments.
Depending on operating conditions, the machine offers up to eight hours of working time. Consequently, it provides a practical option for projects requiring electric lifting equipment throughout the working day.
H. E. Services has also considered operator comfort when selecting this machinery. The cab features heating, air conditioning and an adjustable suspension seat. Meanwhile, a 10-inch touchscreen display gives operators access to key machine information. An integrated reversing camera and additional safety features also support everyday operation.
The SANY STH625E features an integrated energy recovery system to improve efficiency. Its charging options also make recharging between periods of use more convenient.
Expanding Our Investment in Electric Plant Machinery
The latest SANY order marks another important milestone in our ongoing investment programme. Demand for lower-emission construction equipment continues to grow. We are committed to expanding our hire fleet with machinery that gives customers greater choice.
Our investment in electric machinery goes beyond excavators and telehandlers. We have also introduced electric support vehicles and are developing our transport capabilities. This includes our DAF FA XD 220 battery-electric lorry.
The lorry is already transporting equipment from our hire fleet, including the six-metre SANY electric telehandler. This demonstrates how electric vehicles and machinery can work together across our wider operations.
Looking Ahead to the Future of Electric Plant Hire
Our investment in SANY machinery reflects our commitment to developing a hire fleet that meets the construction industry’s changing needs. More businesses are considering the environmental impact of their operations. As a result, demand for electric plant equipment is becoming increasingly important.
The new SANY STH625E telehandlers give customers more choice for projects requiring lower noise levels and zero exhaust emissions.
