Hire Manager required at H.E. Services Plant Hire Ltd

H.E. SERVICES (Plant Hire) Ltd have a vacancy for a Hire Manager at our Cardiff Depot.

 As a Hire manager you are the central point of contact to our customers. The role of the Hire manager is vitally important.

Your Daily duties will include,

  • Taking orders and processing them through to completion.
  • Convert hire enquiries into hire orders.
  • Assist with admin duties and filing of paperwork.
  • Ensure the accuracy of orders entered onto the computer to minimize customer disputes.
  • Build relationships with colleagues in other depots and departments.
  • Organize the daily delivery and collections for the depot HGV vehicles.
  • The ideal candidate must have,
  • Great telephone manner.
  • A desire to learn our products.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills.
  • Be able to work as part of a team.
  • Experience working in the Plant Hire industry preferred.

Salary dependent on experience.
