H.E. SERVICES (Plant Hire) Ltd have a vacancy for a Hire Manager at our Cardiff Depot.
As a Hire manager you are the central point of contact to our customers. The role of the Hire manager is vitally important.
Your Daily duties will include,
- Taking orders and processing them through to completion.
- Convert hire enquiries into hire orders.
- Assist with admin duties and filing of paperwork.
- Ensure the accuracy of orders entered onto the computer to minimize customer disputes.
- Build relationships with colleagues in other depots and departments.
- Organize the daily delivery and collections for the depot HGV vehicles.
- The ideal candidate must have,
- Great telephone manner.
- A desire to learn our products.
- Good knowledge of computer skills.
- Be able to work as part of a team.
- Experience working in the Plant Hire industry preferred.
